Because Designs by Deb patterns are downloadable, they cannot be returned. However, if you have any problems with our patterns, we will happily work with you to resolve any issues until you are completely satisfied.
Duplicate Patterns
Before purchasing patterns, please double check your patterns to avoid purchasing duplicate patterns. Refunds will not be made for duplicate purchases but we will be happy to give you store credit.
Loss of pattern files (new computer, new machine, computer crashes)
Remember to back up your purchased patterns. Designs by Deb will not be held responsible in case of computer/hard drive failure. You can access your previously purchased patterns by logging into your account.
Orders placed online since 2018, may be downloaded again from your account, but do not use this as your only backup.
